Does this game use the big fishing net like in animal crossing pocket camp (the mobile app)?

I don't think you understand how much I want this! My favorite part of Animal crossing is the fishing aspect. Most of my bells I earn are from fish, my room is filled with fish, and I always conpeted with my brothers in our own fishing tournaments. I really hope this becomes a reality someday! Great video!

Man, I've been a fan since... 2007, I think? I remember regularly checking your site for all sorts of gaming content. You were pretty much the first Nintendo youtuber I ever watched. (It's rare) Silver fishing rod After donating 30 fish to Blathers, go to the second floor of the museum and buy the silver rod. (It's rare) Silver butterfly net After donating 30 bugs to Blathers, go to the second floor of the museum and buy the silver net. (It's rare) Silver axe After planing to build a town fountain at public works projects, throw the normal axe into the fountain to see Serena. She will give you only the silver axe instead of a gold one. Silver watering can After buying 50 bags of flower seeds from the garden shop, Isabelle will mail the silver can to you. Silver slingshot After shooting 5-10 balloon gifts in a row in 1 day, the silver slingshot will often show up in the sky.

This entire thing has been like one of my favorite food places closing for renovations and coming back better than ever

Even outside of animal crossing content, this is still one of the coolest and most interesting videos I’ve seen in a long time - It’s literally just the make believe aspect of it creating new concepts for the game and even a little bit of lore all with some screenshots to make it real!! Good job

Animal Crossing is by far one of my FAVORITE series from Nintendo. I really like these AC make believe episodes, very creative. Nice job Josh!

You get criticism for some of your words and actions, but personally, I find your honesty and character to be very refreshing. Great job on the video! I'm really happy to see Make Believe back, but I'm not sure how I feel about the still images. I understand that it takes a long time to animate, so what if you just panned around the scene? If you can decrease the rendering time, I don't think it would take too much more work to show the images as a 3D environment, and it would give it a lot more charm. While I don't know much about 3D modeling/animation, I just thought I would give my opinion on the new format.

This is just my opinion, but the still images made it look unprofessional and took out some of the heart from the video. The parts of it that had real animation felt so much more professional, and showed much more heart than the rest of the video. If the rendering will take too long, or there's any other problems, I understand, but I think that Make Believe would massively benefit from panning around the 3d environment throughout the entire video.

Visuals look really good, you did a great job!

I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS IDEA!! You could totally do the same with bug catching and diving as well. For bugs, you could have a separate area like the camping grounds in NL that have set flowers and trees (you cannot plant anything yourself) like you would see in the museum. Of course, anything you catch outside of said area also counts but having the area means the shop is always in the same place and if you've not got much foliage in your town then its no big deal. I hope that for diving we get to see the underwater in the next game as well, that could provide much better gameplay in my opinion.

This was worth the wait. I love the ideas. Keep up the great work Josh, looking forward to seeing more.
