Make Amazing Stuffed Pasta Shells Easily With This Recipe | Homemade Marinara Sauce

Stuffed Shells
This is a family recipe we eat regularly, it is our whole family’s favorite! These are really simple to make, they just take a little bit of time. They are great for feeding a crowd and also make great leftovers! But I’m guessing leftovers won’t be an issue with this recipe!
Filling
• 1 LB of Italian Sausage
• 1/2 LB of Ground Chuck
• 1/2 Sweet Onion Diced
• 2.5 tsp of Malcom’s Italian Stallion Seasoning
• 12 oz. Box of Jumbo Shells
• 1 tsp of Salt
• 1 tsp of Pepper
• 3 cloves of Garlic
• 15 oz., Ricotta Cheese
• 2 Eggs
• 1 TBSP of Fresh Parsley Chopped
• 8 oz. of Italian Blend Cheese
• 2 oz. of Fresh Parmesan Cheese
Marinara Sauce
• 3 28 oz Cans of San Marzano Tomatoes
• 3 Cloves of Garlic
• 2 TBSP of Olive Oil
• Salt & Pepper
• 1 TBSP of Malcom’s Italian Stallion
• 2 TBSP of Fresh Basil
• 3 Cloves of Garlic
Start by browning your sausage and burger. Add in the onions and simmer. Once done, drain off any excess grease. Add the mixture back to the pan and add the garlic, seasonings and simmer. Set aside to cool.
Cook your shells until they are almost done, remove from stove and drain water, let shells cool.
Once the burger mixture has cooled, build your stuffing.
To the meat, add the fresh parsley, eggs, ricotta and 4 oz. of cheese blend. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and set aside. For the marinara, sauté the garlic in olive oil then add your tomatoes and remaining seasonings. Let simmer for at least 20 minutes. After 20 minutes use an immersion blender to break down the tomatoes and continue to simmer.
Using a tablespoon, start stuffing your shells; you should get about 1.5 Tbsp of mixture per shell. Continue to stuff the shells until all of the mixture is gone.
Coat the bottom of an 8.5 X 11 pan with some of your sauce. Arrange the shells in the pan. Put more of the sauce over each shell. Add the remaining cheese blend to the top of shells and bake for 1 hour in an oven on 350 degrees. When removed from the oven add the fresh parmesan and serve!

    Hey Big Daddy listen to me you never put this garlic in the skillet that quick you just wait till almost the end and you just hit it when you start to smell it take it off it's done you're probably burning your garlic
