We always used the peas still frozen. The salad stays fresh better.

Of all the videos I watched making this salad this is the ONLY one that found that demonstrates how to actually serve it out of that bowl. Thank you!

I made the salad the other night exactly like you did this salad was awesome. I thought it was just so amazing. I even got up in the middle of the night and had my second bowl lol

Such a great idea! I came back from kayaking and was starving!!! Salad! The heck with company, I made this for us! lol! I did use a different salad dressing, but that’s the beauty of this recipe, you can use whatever you have on hand and it will be great!. Make it your own!

Make the salad in a 9 x 13 deep pan. It's easier to get out and you still see all the pretty layers ❤👍

I usually either cover with plastic wrap and keep it in the serving bowl or transfer to an airtight container by getting all the vegetables out and then putting the peas and dressing layers on top.

My x mother in law would make this salad.. for the Holidays.. was always nicely done ✔️ I have not made one but definitely will..

Layered salads like this should.be outlawed. They're very difficult to serve. They would be best if the layers were instead strips laid Side by side.
