Beautiful Instrument which is very much needed for Plumbers, E-Cycle makers, and those who do fabrication work. Wonderful idea which can be marketed as a tool. Superb work. I admire your skill of handling machines such a metal cutter, Lathe, Drilling machines, Welding and finally you are using the tapping for threading. I never miss your YT videos like a person who is eager in watching a James Bond movies with thrill.

NICE JOB… only thing I’d do differently is move the vice a little closer to the bit. If the material bends under pressure you might change the angle of the bevel. Also puts less stress on all components

А почему все на прижимном болте закручивают гайку и сверлят её от этого стенки болта толще не становятся чем так делать не лучше приварить втулку с торца болта к головке и болт не теряет прочность и заморочек меньше и втулка любую нагрузку выдержит

Yo can I borrow that lol. Seriously I’d rent it. The smaller ones you can buy are just built too cheaply. Most people working on a project don’t want to spend a few hundred on a good one and never use it again. This one is rugged as all get out tho.

Decent but 2 things I see. You can't notch a short piece. And you can't notch a piece with a bend near the end. Notchers that are expensive can notch a 5 inch piece on either end. Say you have a door bar for a cage and the bar has a bend near end around 5 inches you would be able to notch it either. Your range in good but you can only notch straight tubes/pipe.
