That garden party could’ve been straight out of an “Anne of Green Gables” book. So beautiful, and a memory I’m sure you and your friends will treasure for years to come.

Going through the McDougall Immersion program has really helped me to double down on my connection and commitment to staying vegan in everything I do. I am so encouraged by you, Hannah!

Thank you for this message about vegan Ism .. last fall while under tremendous family trauma I ate non vegan for 2 months . I hated myself and considered giving up for good . Jan 1 I started over and forgave myself. I was judged pretty harshly by other vegans. We must give people grace .. being vegan is not easy .. it is possible for anyone but it is not easy .. it can be for some but most people find it difficult . I am very imperfect at it but I pick myself up and keep trying . I am now 90% .. I have seafood on rare occasion . But I know I am going to get to 💯 one day . Lovely video Hannah 💕

Thank you for sharing your story. I’m sorry - it sounds like you’ve been through a lot. There are no perfect vegans. I myself have been vegan 6+ years and still will accidentally purchase non-vegan items from time to time, and it absolutely is easier for some than for others. It’s hard to be vegan in a world which doesn’t support veganism, and in many cases actively discourages people from being vegan. I think it’s amazing that you were willing to try again.

Thank you for advocating for the animals!!! I’ve been vegan for 8 years and I will be for life. It has been incredibly hard seeing so many people slam “veganism” for their problems and especially hard to find others to connect with in this on a ethical level. When I first went vegan my small town literally had potluck where vegans and nonvegans would come together to share themed vegan foods and it was incredible! So many connections with people who seemed to really get me! This was a strong community until around 2022 and now out of all of our friends, there is only one couple that we know in our town who are still vegan 😳 I have a lot of hope for the future and I truly do think that this beautiful lifestyle will keep growing and spreading but I want to do more to encourage it! Any advice?

Great message Hannah thank you! I see a big trend(?) here where I live of people going from vegan/veg to ancestral and high meat diet. I totally advocate for anyone doing what they need for their health but I agree - there is a a vegan solution! When you're for the animals, there's always a way.

Eating my ribey steak while watching this lol ... but seriously, I am. I used to be vegan. It was great for like a year, then I got really sick, mentally foggy, and gained so much weight, and i was always hungry. I ate all the right things. Like Hannah. Then I switched to eating LOTS of meant, some veggies and I've lost almost all the weight, and am much healthier now. I'm not saying eating plants' food is bad for everyone. But it just doesn't work for some like me. Plus it's was to expensive. I'm feeling better then I have in years.

Hello! I am not coming at you just trying to point something out. We as a community have become so against nature and what it provides for us. But let me start with oats deplete and pull out all the nutrients and minerals from your body. My sister is vegan and I am a carnivore diet with minimal carbs and sugar, basically what our ancestors ate for hundreds and hundreds of years. Best I’ve ever felt. HOWEVER, I do only support LOCAL, GRASS FED BEEF, local pasture raised eggs, local grass fed butter, etc. All sourced from nature itself. It’s the circle of life, food chain. I do not support the mass production of animal torture. And that’s where people are mistaken, you can still eat meat and not support the torture of animals. They live a beautiful life grazing on healthy land. At the end of the day I point it out to my sister because she loves her carbs and starches. Your body takes those and breaks them down into sugars. Your body takes no nutrition or minerals from it, it is just simply a filler.

Yes, I do see that many vegans tend to use a lot of carbs and small amount vegi, which really isn't healthy. I'm an old fashioned vegetarian, only because this is what my body likes at 48, I have eggs , dairy and occasionally fish. But I'm just a lover of vegetables and whole foods.❤
