The hidden doors reminded me of something funny, My parents have friends who are older. They bought a super modern home and for the first couple of years they didn't realize they had a powder room because it had no windows and the door was one of those secret doors that are made to mimic wall panels lol

I know right? so many of these white and black boxes are cold and sterile in some cases. This one has depth, and makes you look closer. Parade 2022 is this month! I'll be filming some of the best entries again this year. Thanks for watching

priceless? ha, but in all seriousness and out of respect to the owner, this home is not for sale currently. I will say one of my other videos of a modern home sold for $4.5MM in winter park shortly after the video released, it was an off-market sale to an NBA basketball player.

This is it. Practical, elegant and luxurious! I want a similar one in Kenya!

Did anyone else notice that there wasn’t and didn’t need to be any pictures on the wall ! ( one, tastefully done I saw ) and to me that says a lot !!!! I’m normally not a huge fan of the modern homes but this one is just beautiful and I wouldn’t mind living in Orlando either

I've seen some pretty amazing homes on KZread from different luxury custom builders. This is BY FAR the best I've ever seen. Kudos to the designers and builders of this amazing home! Hopefully one day I can own it 😁

Tip, do an actual slow pano walkthrough of the house and then come back and get your B roll! I get it has a iPad on the wall.. let’s see the architecture & layout & flow from room to room as it would actually be experienced

Beautiful homes but how do you change the light bulbs if you have a 22 foot ceiling?

AHa good question- they have an extender pole for that with a grip head. Or just a really tall ladder/scaffold. LED's last a looooong time so shouldn't need to change bulbs very often, if ever

If you could find a lakefront lot or tear-down for under $2M in a high- end area then 2 years build time with custom builder $450+ per square foot, these builds can easily reach the top of the central Florida market, in the $4M-$6M range depending on size and location and finishes

This is my favorite house but you film less of the house angels!!!

Again, my tours are not long boring 30 minute slow tours of every single closet. We find the best parts of the house and interview the builder. Some of these homes are lived in already by owners and they don’t want us showing their private possessions or garages. But trust me, you’ve seen the best parts of the home from all angles ;)

Most lots in Orlando and winter park are no more than 10,000 sq feet - finding a half acre to one acre is rare these days and can cost $2M or more just for the lot if waterfront. As long as you have a nice view out the back and some landscaping privacy, people generally don’t mind living closer together to neighboring houses, especially if they are in a dense walkable area near shops and restaurants whilst having their serene private oasis to come home to.

Wow, all I can say is wow.. just curious, how much will this cost to build

If you can find a lakefront lot for under $1.5M anymore that's a steal. Then the cost of custom builders with this level of finishes is easily in the $350-$500/sq foot range. Which is why you see $700/ft winter park sales. But relatively speaking, this home in the hollywood hills would be $15M+

New ape here, first bought at $59 a couple of months ago and kept buying the dips, I now averaged down to $39 and finally see my portfolio on the green 🙌🏼 Is there a large ape community here in Orlando? Not for sale currently. And the orlando market has increased by about 10%-15% in the last 18 months. Inventory is super low for quality newer modern homes like this.

This one is not for sale currently, but it would surely be in the multi-million dollar category if it was.

Very nice home. But all of the hidden doors was a bit too much and impractical. If you really have to go what’s the point of a hidden door to the toilet?

They certainly took the "clean" lines look to a whole new level. reminds me of european kitchens with no hardware on any of the cabinets and storage everywhere in smaller apartments

While I appreciate the video and the information; when you asked him about the wood that was used, he talked about the brick and the concrete. Only one time did he mention the 4 inch oak treads. So, thanks? Lol.

Haha yeah I didnt give Victor enough screen time, He talked about where the wood was sourced and more finish details but we had to edit some of it out to keep it moving. This is a super high quality build and I love that the owner and designer brought in details from all over the world. Looking forward to more quality like this next 2 years (it is taking longer to build homes now)

Nice home, but for me as a buyer I want to see more of the walkthrough and less of the B roll cuts.. the detail was appreciated but never really got a true look at the layout. Maybe 10-20% B roll but this has way too many cut away shots, never got a real sense of the home & design

Noted! I sometimes make longer walk thru videos for my clients on private link/unlisted. These videos are more intended to show off the builders' best highlights of the home. This particular home was not for sale, and was owner occupied, so we didn't want to be too intrusive as well to their privacy.
