In these times...with all the refugees from Califor-craz...I bet asking is about $3M...but has a good wide lot and the quality looks superior. 13:43...the home on the right from the lake looks really grandiose! Wandering who's the builder?

This one is located on Lake Hart in a No-HOA larger lot area, the owner of this home plans to build on the acreage next to this home. The home to the left is more mediterranean and sold for $6M

Technically it's in "Lake Nona area" since its on the east side of narcoossee road 32832, not "Lake Nona Proper" 32827.. but yes on Lake Hart, with acreage, high-end builder construction... i'd say it's a MULTI-million dollar home :)
It’s nice to know that you can get that much space in a home near Lake Nona. I love that house and video and the views . the outside shower is not my favorite feature lol.

haha yes Lake Nona 32827 has really come up in price- where we live in Laureate Park the nicer homes are $375/sq foot or more. Getting a "view" out the back of your home has become harder to find as well. But still excited to see Lake Nona continue to grow.

This one is for sale… to find a lot like this would be $1.5M++ but we know of some. Construction costs $350/ft or more depending on finishes

The home next door to this one just sold for over $6 Million. As far as price, it is not currently listed for sale-- however the owner may be open to reviewing offers. dm me for more details
Iam worried about alligators when living by a lake.

Alligators 🐊 are in nearly every pond and lake of central Florida, but they stay away from humans and aren’t aggressive unless provoked or during mating season. Some of my clients on lakes have installed fences to create more piece of mind. Lake hart is known for professional water skiers and wakeboarders

In the South every body of fresh water (and even some brackish water) you should assume there is a gator, even in retention subdivision ponds. . That is how we play it safe.
