In our trip through Maine, we spent some time in the waters off of Bar Harbor to learn about lobsters, lobster boats, and the lobster industry. We learned a lot but had some remaining questions, so we followed up with a visit with Chris Cash from the Lobster Institute, which is part of the University of Maine.
