Imp Eagle is hands down the funniest ship in game to fly for sure! I remember when I first seen it, I was like, oh its just a cooler looking Eagle, no...... It's not, not really lol. For anyone who hasn't tried a fully engineered Imp Eagle, do so, its fun, especially if you built it for being fast, it can easily get near 900m/s, you can use it for combat as well ofc, its super maneuverable and if you a god, you likely not gonna get hit much, and if you do... well nothing but another decked out Imp is catching you when you need to sprint off.

@@VendettaPSC i dunno... normal eagle gets pretty close and is incredibly more agile. viper mk3 is slightly faster during boost, and a good chunk faster without boost, for cheaper with one extra small hardpoint. imperial courrier is a good contender too, it has only slightly lower max speed with better hardpoints (and it's more agile). also, since they are all slightly heavier, they will lose proportionally less top speed as you fit them with modules to actually pull some fighting potential out of it.

I didn’t even know there was a slot there on the Drake, I usually fly under the blast shields (very easy in a small ship, not so much in an FDL)

That's really impressive

I just started really learning FA off after 500+ hours and this honestly blows my mind. The fact that you use the scoop to brake is just amazing! Mind sharing that build? I mean I don't really wanna do the engineering grind again but for a fast ship it'd be worth it.

Vacuum break. Bit of a mechanical exploit considering how unrealistic it is, but, overall the whole flight model is in many ways, so its meh. But, it is very handy at giving you a sudden drop in speed, and its pretty consistent at what speed it will put you at pretty quickly.

The T7 truly is the public transport bus of Elite. I love the sounds of its hull creaking and warping and rattling as you fly it, it feels like a bucket of bolts and its an experience. lol
