Never heard it pronounced “yer-eye-nels”. We say “yer-nels” in the US, some folks pronounce the middle “I” with the shortened pronunciation like in “bin” but never like you did.

Knight for two pawns is not even close to what Tal used to do 😅

Pronunciation is correct in the UK. Americans use a different pronunciation and also sometimes pronounce it incorrectly (nəʊ tɹænz hɪr).
