    Will this help in reducing pigmentation, dark spots, dark circles & pimple scar..?? I have hyper pigmentation around my mouth & stubborn dark spots on my cheek bone & dark circles with sunken hollow eyes. Will this help Im doing hope it clears

    Prithvi Mudra 15 min and Varun Mudra 15 min in a day. You can divide it in 3 sets of 5 mins of do it at a stretch for 15 min.

    To be honest I cant guarantee you about the results. But I feel you should to Samana Mudra (3rd Mudra in this video) on your cheek. There is no harm in trying.

    It depends on which mudras. There are some mudras which complement each other and can be done immediately one after another. While there are some which require long gap
