This is a video that describes our work with the Dan Marino Foundation and Magic Leap to create a mixed reality Job Interview training system for people on the Autism Spectrum. A virtual human within a real world job interview context is compelling and may promote better generalization of training results to interviews with real people. Thanks to both Magic Leap and the Dan Marino Foundation for supporting this innovative effort. We are now poised to use the system with Veterans and with juveniles about to be released from incarceration. As well, we intend to expand this work to create Mixed and Virtual Reality systems for the training of social skills and anger management.
