ClarenceFisher the man was literally a repressed prude to the extreme. Although it should be said that becasue of the immense scrutiny and rules of the Hayes office, many writers and directors had to be very clever and rounded to work through them. Meaning a lot of the works thy produced were better off, becasue they had to write around the censors which made things far more clever, and thought provoking.

alternative ending#2 is a very good scene that could be connected in the original before Scarlet leaves the door since "Butler's cursed words to Scarlet makes the scene intense. I mean,that would be the only time those dark words can be used throughout the 3 hour run movie......

In the book, Rhett has tried so hard for Scarlett and he has been drinking heavily and his health is going and he's just plain worn out and just doesn't care anymore when he made that statement; an exhausted I just don't give a damn anymore..

After the passing of Olivia DeHavilland only 2 actors are still alive Mickey Kuhn (who played Beau Wilkes at the end) and Patrick Curtis (Who played the newborn Bonnie and Beau). Ricky Holt who played the 1 year old baby Beau (Who was playing with a Confederate soldier at Tara after the war) died in 2015.

The first clip where Rhett cusses out Scarlett and then gives her a knuckle sandwich to the stomach was the best one out of all of them LOL

I wish MadTV did alternate endings to the "Sorry we're closed" scene from the Best of Cheers DVD collection. Michael McDonald would've been a great Ted Danson explaining the endings and as Sam Malone. Paul Vogt would've been a great Norm telling Sam to "take care". The first ending had Sam going on a profane rant to Keenan, the second one had him looking at pictures of him with Diane while listening to his Sound of Music album which he shouts "SOMEONE KILL ME!!!" which had to be cut due to it being intense and the last one had Sam teleporting to his home meaning he can try to do it for Diane, then he tells Crista's Carla and Ike's Woody to watch the bar, so he can teleport to Diane's and attempt to give her back the job.

This is the funniest shit I’ve seen in a long time. Right down to the penguin

Actually the script was changed hundreds of times and different scenes were added, edited, or taken away but what they filmed was the final version and that's it. They had deleted scenes but they weren't filmed.

This is my favorite movie of all time and I think Vivien Leigh and Clark Gable were absolutely incredible in their roles, but this is the funniest parody for GWTW that I have ever seen. Especially the song! I must admit, though, I don't get why Abe Lincoln is holding a penguin o.o
