Yep. She PURPOSELY took them off before going down the stairs and put them on once she's onstage. You can clearly see the shoes at the bottom of the stairs. She's always lied about that, not sure why. The whole performance was perfectly fabricated to be as it is.

Very good interview. I have to say though that whole MTV like a virgin story does not add up. I've seen that performance and she kicked her shoe off and did not reach for it. She always enjoyed hyperbole.

That's exactly what I've been writing since she came up with this story of "a lost shoe", which never happened. She certainly kicked her shoe off, then later imitated making out on stage, then rolled around so her butt was shown. If she doesn't remember, she should rewatched her own performance to catch up with the real deal.

Because every decade, the difference is always huge. It's another thing being 50+ and totally different being at your 60+. Every ten years people look very different. Of course she's gone too far with the injections in 2019/20. She can barely talk and move her face. Too bad. I never expected she would do that, because she has always had a different attitude towards life. She's always been into healthy lifestyle. What can we say... getting old is not something you can live with easily and accept it just like that, especially when you get to see your younger self everywhere, all the time.

Okay...why lie about the Like a Virgin performance? Anyone can go watch the performance and see that she has both shoes on during the whole performance. Every bit of that performance was choreographed and the end of the performance was definitely done on purpose. Maybe her manager did warn her if he had not seen the performance beforehand, but nothing about the performance was an accident. What a hoot.

She kicked off both her shoes when she was sitting on the cake. Then she got on the floor and retrieved them. It's hard to tell because it looks like they didn't let the camera show her doing this.

You can see her kick off both shoes at the beginning when she's on top of the cake and she's barefoot until she gets to the bottom. Then she puts them back on during the bridge which is presumably when the dress got hiked up and was then visible at the end.

Henry VIII created the Church of England to annul his first marriage. If anything, he would have supported Edward VIII in marrying whomever he wanted. It's ironic that a church created to marry a woman the nation hated and felt was unsuitable to be queen would late on, evolve and refuse to allow another king from marrying a woman the nation hated and felt was unsuitable to be queen.

Daymn this is only 2012. Maybe 10 yrs but not at all ancient. Still looked amazing and her age! From 1982-2012 (30 yrs) aged fantastically. Ya, likely some work & treatments (maybe not so subtle at x) but all seemed temporary and subtle. Still do (and always will love her) but my god at *what she's done to her face SINCE 2012. Looks NOTHING like 'this' anymore! :-/ I think the true botching started shortly after this.

She was 54 in 2012 and she looked gorgeous and healthy. Now she's "just" ten years older - 64. With all her money she could easily get surgeries and aesthetic procedures to get back to THIS look (get younger by 10-15 years). But for some reason she became insane and at age of 64 she wants to look like 20 year old. Well, as the result she looks ridiculous now. She had lost all of her class. You can't have a look of 40 years younger than you really are. We don't have this kind of technology right now. Madonna could've been easily rejuvenated by 10-20 years. Now she looks so different that she probably won't need a bodyguards in public as nobody will recognize her.

The best ever super bowl show was Dianna Ross. Madonna tried hard but her show lacked for someone as the icon she is. Still like her though. Her concerts were among the best. Such a stage spectacular.

Well, Diana did have the iconic helicopter exit, however, her performance tried to fit in too many songs and it came across as a cheap medley act, as much as I love her. Where Madonna's performance was less than perfect was she had too many guest appearances that took away from her and her current single, Gimmie All You Lovin', was not worthy to be performed alongside masterpieces like Vogue, Like a Prayer, Music, Open Your Heart and Express Yourself.

Her MTV Awards story was a total lie. She had her shoes on the whole time. She didn't start rolling around the floor until the very end and even then her shoes were still on.

From what I saw, she kicked both of her shoes off sitting on top of the cake to be able to descend safely. Then when she got to the stage, she started rolling around to get her shoes back on. The camera only showed her face, but you can tell she was putting on her shoes. Then she was walking around singing. Soon, she was back on the floor again rolling around again and that is when the camera showed her underwear and garters. So, she is telling a different story but maybe she forgot what actually happened.
