It’s all dependent on your training. For example: for each exercise, I’m hitting 4 x hypertrophy sets and 3 x progressive overloads. For hypertrophy I’m taking about a minute & a half rest between sets. For the Pro-overload I’m taking between 3-4 mins. This will vary per person and the stamina/endurance that individual has.
