Doing dumbbell shoulder lifts without bending your knees a little with your legs shoulder width apart. Anything overhead without good posture in general.

Back, triceps, biceps, viking shoulder press, leg press, hamstring curls, pendulum squat, more random exercises lol & a ton of talking has to be one of the most random workouts that has Been done by choice lol .. don't get how you maintain the size and strength you do even being on trt doing workouts like that.
