This video is my first project and the first house that many people will see, it's a little unusual, but I tried very hard and I hope it's not in vain, so share how you like my first video. I am very interested to read your opinion)

I loved this man’s last two videos making the cottage from ground up. He’s very creative, and his cabins are awesome. Build a few more, he could rent them out as B&B’s. I know many who crave the outdoors and would love roughing it in one of his properties!

Сразу видно . что вы жили в РФ -- хорошо знаете русский язык ! А вот этот строитель -- мог бы и сообщить о себе -- хоть имя и где строит ? Да ещё и комменты -- не читает НЕ очень хорошо , с его стороны !! Хотела подписаться - но теперь - не буду...

This makes all in all a very solid impact on me - the only I don't understnd is, why you didn't at least burn the ground posts. Wouldn't that protect them from fungus, bacteria and other moistore loving organisms? ... and addingly it wouldn't have been much work, would it? Greetings from Germany from the silver fox, David 😉🦊
beautiful house but with precarious foundations. the poles had to be burned before putting them in the ground. Or you could put tar and fix them with concrete.
Looking VERY promising! Can't wait for the next installment.

lovely work frame
You make it so much harder than needed, particularly when you don't have a ladder or a helper. The walls and rafters could have been pre-built flat then lifted up, so that only the ridge pole would have needed a high lift (which you didn't use. Horizontal spacers between the rafters would have provided stability and kept the roof square without fiddling around). That said, this is an ambitious piece of work to take on solo - I'll be interested in seeing the rest of the process.
This was very inspiring and instructive. I am going to have to do this too.
