  If you live in the South....in a warm humid climate... ....do not wrap your home in plastic. It may be fine for his climate...but in the Southern US, it will ruin your home.

I bet this guy worked his ass off for years to buy a piece of land to do this on.   Man that kind of stuff would be impossible here in our country with all our regulations and rules. But with that method and 20000 you could build an entire earth house. No credit that you have to pay back for 40 years. Living on your own land in a house that you build. Man respect to that man.
