Ppl are glossing over the video completely and reviewing all the others ... almost every reactor and I'm quite disappointed in the lack of their "love for story" in the music industry.

Yoongi is a master storyteller.... a fellow army best explained his trilogy as - Daechwita... ridding himself of the need to prove his worth to others Haegeum... ridding himself of the confines of modern society Amygdala... he investigates the inner demons and trauma that started his confinement in the first place.

I genuinely can't get thru this music video without crying

Please note the split-second image of a hand holding almonds at 4:53. This is a reference to ALMOND: A NOVEL about a guy who has trouble identifying and describing experienced emotions because of a neuropsychologic condition (alexithymia). The "almond" refers to the amygdala, an almond-shaped area of the brain. Yoongi was seen reading this book in a preview to IN THE SOOP. The book is on Namjoon's recommended list.

When I saw/read this mv for the first time I kinda got triggered and began hyperventilating, had a small panic attack, cried for like 40 minutes, and then was able to finish and rewatch the video. It's become incredibly important to me very quickly💜

His album just arrived at my house today. I listened to this song through his album without understanding the lyrics, but I could feel it. No tears though. Then I watched the MV...OMG couldn't stop crying!! Don't know why I am so SAD. I watched again and again and I cried again and again. OMG! Have your heard SNOOZE? That one made me cry too...I really don't understand myself now...lol

You saying this was your favourite song reminded me of the time Suga said that Jin's Epiphany was his favourite song. He got a big hug for that.

BTS suga lyrics AMYGDALA is a true personal life story of Suga( if you've been a fan of BTS long time you know its meaning of this song) BTS suga had a accident during their trainee days because he want to help their low budget company, so he does various types of part time jobs ( his shoulder was dislocated but he endured it still doing BTS performances)....since then he has to undergo operation then BangPD voluntarily offered to pay suga's school tuition fees....,then while they're shooting BON Voyage overseas Suga has to come back yo korea to be with his father who has Liver cancer, (at present his father is healthy), his mother was operated with heart surgery too... Armygdala is defined as TRAUMA...BTS suga wants to get rid of the trauma that he had been through in his life.

Suga was poor and to meet the ends has to do delivery boy and had this accident n hurd his sholwlder and had 2 surgeries....its so personal ...amygdala is his true trauma struggle

it´s also my favorite song it just hits the heart, even if it´s upbeat at the same time. i listened to this without knowing the lyrics at first and i cried. i knew it was about something sad. Yoongi outdid himself i can´t wait for the concert to see the amazing stage he said is coming. so look out for yt clips.

Suga had a real car accident before predebut at his part time job being the delivery boy riding motorcycle he was also newspaper boy delivery newspaper and he worked a graveyard shift back in high school because he couldn't afford his family couldn't afford school he had to skip bus to have a 2 dollar meal or he would skip meal to get on the bus ... and also this song is about him in the past trying to......he was suicidal but he is no longer he will no longer do it. He is reborn the lotus symbol is being reborn he is stronger now. If you want to know his past....you should see the lyrics video for suga/agust d "the last" it is heavy....

Please watch the videos about bts's training Days. When sugar was injured in the traffic accident the car actually rolled on top of him. He kept the accident a secret 4 years because he was afraid he'd be let go as a trainee so he endured the pain in his shoulder and knee for years before he was able to get surgery in 2020. At one point he was going through so much pain and trauma that he attempted suicide and Jin stopped him. Thank God the BTS members have always been there for each other.

As he mentioned in the recent Suchwita episode with RM it usually cameback every 2 to 3 years and on another magazine interview he said it's like a season that come and go and will never leave. Maybe that is also the reason why he was not able to open the door at the end of the video since it will always be trap inside him.
