Missing the days in Stony Brook and the North Fork of this great Island. This video shows the great location. Sadly, the LI ducks are gone... good food is still there though.

Chef Home tour: 90% medium close of Tom Colicchio. I love Craft and admire T.C. and maybe the point is that he is at home with himself. But I would have liked to see his personal kitchen. I suppose the real point was the product shots.
