Welcome to my sewing corner... In this video, I take you into the crafting process of making a fabulous quilted jacket. Using an array of delightful cotton fabrics from diverse @ArtGalleryFabrics collections, I transform these materials into a cozy, stylish jacket perfect for the season.
I'll walk you through every step, from selecting the fabrics to the final stitches, sharing insights on the design inspiration and the pattern I used - the Molly Pattern by @FibreMood . Although this pattern doesn't feature a quilted variation like the one I'll be creating, I'll guide you through how I adapted it to craft this unique jacket.

Ничего не могу понять, что так зацепило в этом видео. Открыла, стала внимательно рассматривать и поняла: Вы удачно разместили два квадрата ткани: с ромашками и сразу под ними с черно-белыми цветами.Именно они и соединили всё остальное. И тут уже не важно какой крой, какое плечо, канты и пуговицы. Два красивых кусочка ткани в симметрии и на уровне груди - просто зрительное украшают изделие. В общем, сразу подписалась на ваш канал. Браво, Татьяна!

Классно, а я все откладываю))) Кстати я подсмотрела у Веры Борисюк, она по стеганным изделиям спец, последний раз она заказала краску синюю прямо в машинке стиральной покрасила готовое изделие. Еще нужно пройму для рукава и наоборот ее присобрать а рукав натянуть тогда не будет сборки. Не поленитесь.

It’s called “batting” and comes in a flat sheet form ( as opposed to stuffing used in pillows). It comes in cotton, bamboo , or a cotton/poly blend. I use the blend. You can buy it by the yard or a precut size from any fabric store. Also, you can use regular fleece (which would be thinner than batting and make the garment a bit more flexible). I would use the batting.
