This was made back when Seagal was still in his acting prime doing Hollywood movies and Will Sasso definetly was performing an exaggerated imitation of him, but seeing it in 2022 in a strange twisted way Seagal has become this exact overly exaggerated version of him from 20 years ago and his low budget silly movie productions look exactly like madtv made it out to be. Its as if they predicted the future.

I recently started to binge watch all of Seagal's movies and I notice a trend. Nearly everything is true here: he can barely kick hip level, and almost everyone in his movies tend to be innocent of whatever it is he's after. In most cases he goes into a store and for no reason beats up the owner or even in some cases killing them. The only thing missing in this segment is him not doing that strange slap fight where he's slapping someone else's arms and they're slapping his. Also missing is some nervous person talking about how awesome Seagal is and how he's Special Forces or something and how no one can mess with him.

Will Sasso as Steven Seagal is the highest peak form possible of comedy in my opinion. The mimics, the voice, the banter, dead pan playing through the whole thing straight. The moves. Everything. For me it doesn't get better.

Yes, that's a Seagal movie in a nutshell. In Seagal's universe, you're part of his story and he just knows somehow you're involved with whatever it is that he thinks is going on. Also missing from this skit is how someone is sitting down nervously explaining about how awesome he is and how he's special forces and all that and how he could just leave destruction wherever he goes.

The physique of Will fits modern Steven perfectly.
