Sometimes my friends ask me, if I could go back in time to attend ANY concert, which one would it be? A Mad Season concert is my answer! They only did six concerts total from what I understand, and stretched the boundaries of grunge as far as possible. They may not be my favorite band per se, but for the short time they existed, the music they generated goes unparalleled. JMO.

@@bdf2660 That's not true at all. Look at John Frusciante, man got sober after what could have been a dead end heroin addiction and after that he made Stadium Arcadium with the RHCP... I wish Layne would have had his own Stadium Arcadium...

@@bdf2660hes one of the best if mot the best guitarist (at least out of the popular guitarists) of the 90s. He was insanely deep into his heroin addiction. He was in worse health than a lot opioid addicts youd see on the street of any city. Watch the 1994 interview with him, look up pictures of his arms, look up the video of him lancing the many abscess he had from improper injection technique, and youll see just how bad it wes. Hes insanely lucky to have made it out of that alive. Interestingly, John and another person i dont remember even visited Layne towards the end of his life, to try to convince him to get sober, and iirc he said that Layne was too far gone, which really means something once youve seen what John went through.

A breathe of fresh air that’s what this band was. AIC always was so innovated all the way til the 95 album. But this group took it up a notch. 90-96 had some of the best rock in my opinion. Very underrated time for rock music. Most likely because rock was about to die a few years later. 😢

First time hearing this song and watching video. Crazy good. A few here said they weren't impressed. I truly believe that if this band is at its worse....I cant think of any other artist competing with this when they are at they're best...🌠 they rocked the house down with out a doubt. Would have loved to been there...😥😥❤❤

Yea, the poor soul was "roadie" Bill. Poor dude got split from above his right eye, zig zagged down across the bridge of his nose, and into the left corner of his mouth, giving him a bad "Joker" scar on the left side of his mouth. It's said he confronted Mike about it, so Mike apologetically gave him a signed '59 Strat that he had in his collection, and Bill accepted the pay off. It's said that Bill has been jamming with that very Strat since, and is a guitar master by now. Only problem is, he got sued by the Mad Season execs because he made a song called November Motel, and its just a big rip off of November Hotel.
