I always viewed mad season as Layne's goodbye. I smiled when he put his foot up on the monitor and it reminded me of his early AIC days and I thought "so he wasn't all gone."

Love how a little bit of the older healthy Layne style came out when the heavy part started ( him putting his foot on the speaker)

Besides this is the Layne with the smaller jaw. Compare him to the one at the RKCNDY, who has a much bigger jaw.

Great band. Barrett drumming is simply awesome. The kick pattern in this tune is fantastic.

@@JaredDocEstesMusic you are literally the only 1 who feels this way. But it's your opinion. I think you left out Weiland though. STP were and still are a great band with Scott or without. How can u not like Core and Purple? Ya ik they're not from Seattle but so what. They're unplugged concert was just as good as Nirvana's. But to put Cornell at the bottom with that voice, guitar abilities, and the fact that they were the 1st to sign a major record deal in 87 and we're the pioneers of grunge. I don't get it. But I'm 💯% with u that Layne puts all these guys to shame. Not Cornell and Kurt though.

They played 4 shows then went into the studio to record, Layne made up I don't know anything, during the first show while on stage with the music going, talk about no pressure, Layne has always be able to pull stuff out of nowhere and make it sound good
