cheers! I'm not there yet, but that's no fault of your tutorial which was well-paced and easy to follow. Other tutorials just ended up with me tying a normal knot, but although the one I've just tied is a mess I can see that with practice it'll be neater. Anyway - great video, thanks!

💙 it is a bit of a complex knot -lots of weaving involved, plus you need to take your time cinching it up otherwise you risk losing its shape If it helps feel free to adjust the speed of this video by tapping the (…) at the top of the video while watching on mobile OR click the cogwheel at the bottom of the video if viewing from computer

I’ve seen a number of tutorials trying to learn how to make a Celtic Heart Knot. Yours is the only one that I’ve succeeded in actually doing it! Thank you for making it so easy to understand!! That is a gift!

💙 a thicker stiffer rope is best, such as a braided rope because it will hold its shape. You can use other cords but risk the knot being to floppy

💙 The end of it that was sped up was where you cinch up the slack, all you are doing is tightening up the knot that you already tied
