Fresh out of Bristol, here's a walkthrough of the second Machina Bristronica event! It's "a festival of knobs, buttons & discussions" for Eurorack, synthesisers and music tech in general. With added interview & discussion stages, DIY workshops as well as performances and DJs rounding out the event.
I ran the DivKid interview stage (watch out for videos of the 7 interviews coming soon) but got chance in the morning to wonder around with a camera to give you a walk around of the event. Feel free to people and gear watch along as I take a walk through the venue.

absolutely. I only got chance to do this quick walk around with my interview stage so I couldn't check anything out. Certainly curious though so if you're at Synthfest tomorrow I'll swing by.

If you didn't go this year, definitely get down for next year, flawless programming and a brilliant crowd, can't recommend it enough!

Glad you liked it, it was a bit of a quick walk around but when I can't make events I enjoy a simple walk around to get a feel for it.

Looks like a really fun setup for such a festival! Love the bar next to the music stage for true music show vibes, and how the mixed some art and decoration into the setup. Thanks for the tour with commentary!
I'm seeing so much more in this walkthrough than I got to see in person :)

This was a really good event. Nice to meet you and a lot of other people (like Tom on the beginning of the video). Hope to come back next year.

Had such a great time there myself actually. Loved how your video brought back memories of The Generation Game where contestants had to remember the names of items in a long list at the end! Only grumble - just not enough saxophone music during DivKid sessions!

they didn't honour my contractual agreement for live saxophone accompaniment to the interviews. I wanted live reinterpretation of the jaunty Bradfordian mumblings, I wasn't fussy about a baritone or alto player, just saxophone. Clarinet at a push. I'll set the lawyers on them.

I totally understand. Completely unacceptable behaviour@@DivKid Thankfully my request to be carried on stage by a group of traditional Morris Dancers and shower the audience in petals was agreed. Definitely get your lawyers onto this truly appalling situation.

they were there, they'll have been in the Signal Sounds distributed brands area, I didn't get into those little areas and walk around. If I didn't have the stage to run I could have got around everything in a bit more detail.
4:22 does anyone know what case is used at the booth of XAOC? Is this a regular 19" table rack?
