I agree whole-heartedly with trombonedemon. America does not appreciate its creation nor its people. Most of my musician friends make a very good living in places like Japan and Europe - but would be "starving artists" if they stayed in the USA. Countries abroad respect and appreciate this type of music. Most people, not all, are 50 years behind in their race relation.
