Hey everyone! Today I'm gonna show you how to make a macaron cake! It's actually super easy - just follow these simple rules!
• First, make sure your macarons are cold and fully matured.
Use food freezer spray for easy assembling (important!!!)
•You can stick the macarons together with melted chocolate or candy melts.
•Toothpicks are also handy for cleaning any excess chocolate drips.
My cake board is 10.2 inches in diameter (26 cm) macarons - 1.5 inches (4-4.5 cm) in diameter.
