I think KZreadrs are far more relevant than tv will ever catch up to being. It’s just that tv is still being watched by a portion of society that is an unreached audience if they aren’t hitting up KZread or don’t have internet access.

Made this last week and this was very good. I don’t have the land to cook outside as you did so I used liquid smoke and some added smoked paprika. This was the first of your recipes and I’m hooked. Even my mom who makes old school southern Mac-n-cheese enjoyed this dish.
