Not just the vegans. He’s also inspirational to the non vegans who can appreciate the vegans and their discipline with this lifestyle 😊 One less meat meal for a non vegan is one better step in the right direction 🎉

I became vegan after seeing some stuff on factory farming. Not really a meat is murder thing, just didn't want to contribute to that culture anymore. Got super nervous that I wasnt going to be getting enough calories or vitamins, or anything tasty! This guy saved me, to the point where I literally don't miss anything from my old diet for real. I workout a lot, and I'm actually eating better and healthier than ever because I'm paying more attention to what I'm eating too. Much love man, thanks for what you do!

You know that agricultural farming is also very bad for animals. Now I don't agree with factory farming and I eat grass fed/finished or pasture raised meat but vegan isn't as animal friendly as people make it out to be

It doesn't matter where they were raised or what they fed on. Your statement does not make any sense. #Vegan #AllLivesMatter

I am glad you mentioned just crumbling the tofu into the rice for the fried rice. A lot of students wont have a blender so that is a crucial thing to know about the recipe, lol.

chickpea tofu is dead easy, no blender needed.

I will not eat soy as I have heard it will throw hormones out of balance.
