Looks delish, can’t wait to find koji. Chef is fun and great at explaining. I am excited to try Made In products especially the steel wok! And lol I like a whisk that has movement but the whisk keeps it’s shape and has a medium sized handle.

I made this version of Mac & Cheese as a different take on our favorite recipe. We enjoy Cheese & Mac…so next time I’m adding cream cheese and doubling the cheddar. The topping was a nice touch!
