M142 HIMARS & M270 MLRS: Long Range, High Precision
The M142 HIMARS and M270 MLRS are 2 flexibel, long range, fast deployed rocket and missile systems. They share the same pod system, were HIMARS can carry one and MLRS can carry 2. They have a wide range of rockets and missile to chose from with ever increasing range.

200 mile range with a 1 meter accuracy. This thing could literally hit you dead-on from another state. Fucking scary.
The pods can be re-loaded very fast. It was a great idea.

God bless US Armed forces. It was mentioned in video that these systems were designed back in 1980s and 1990s. Nobody knows what even more interesting lethal and tactical systems are still behind the closed doors. I wish I had a chance to serve in that army...

500 Himars is to much for this war and there are no such a quantity even in the US Army. 40-45 units will be enough to stop the Russian aggression.

this is not an documentary but a 4min review of the weapon system. It showed reload and said it has 6 missile per pod. What more do you want? To show a truck with more missile?

@@TheCborg you need to be the United States to run a battery of these weapons because it requires such a large logistic footprint.There is no documentary showing all the logistics that are required to run this missile system. Be it Known it is much more than A TRUCK.

Logistic is not a problem of only one side. In a lot of leaked short videos, Ukraine forces were able to destroy if not capture Russian supply trucks. Russia is also having lots of problem in this field as they keep running out of gas for their tanks which is ironic as they are a major oil exporter.

@@redkellyre6568Germany has the MLRS system but they call it MARS, Whats about the logistic system btw? Thats up to them, military logistics can plan and handle most of it and yes, its mostly just a truck with 1 to X packs of missiles. Pre packed ammunition on a Truck driving in the convoi of the artillery normally, so the rocket system can go there and switch if the fire mission requires it. The US might use it different from the germans.
