@@happysahatpanjaitan2236 its quite sad considering nato countries are sending such old tech to ukraine. They would never send their soldiers into battle with this equipment, and there is no need to keep existinf equipment, it should be sent to ukraine in my opinion.

@@scothf1273 no it actually isnt. Bmp 2 frontally and sides resistant against at least hmg fire (14.5mm and/or .50cal i dont remember which they are rated against) meanwhile m113 does not even protect against .50 cal frontally. survivability of crew in both is shit, meaning if it is penetrated then the dismounts in both are relatively screwed as only engine is in the way. So in fact, m113 is worse armored than bmps but similarly survivable. Only redeeming factor is that it is a bit larger meaning the chances that you as a person specifically dying when the vehicle is hit and not someone around you are fractionally lower.
