All your videos are very useful especially for working women. no unnecessary dragging to half an hour or more to waste time. Crisp and clear mostly in 5 minutes. I don't see any other channel giving exact amount of each ingredients including salt 😅.That's your USP. Thank you !

Hello Shaan. I have been a fan of your videos since my first fish curry! Keep up the good work and quality! Also, what would I need to modify while cooking 1kg fish with this recipe except proportionally increasing all incredients?

One suggestion for enhancing that authentic kottayam taste... Add a table spoon of coconut oil after switching off the flame. A pinch of fenugreek powder can also be sprinkled on the top at this time to give a nice aroma. Anyway superb presentation of the final product... 😋😋

Shaan...I am a regular viewer of majority cooking channels. One suggestion...no matter what, please dont change your way of presentation. I have never seen such a simple and elegant way of presentation...good recipes with simple and understandable cooking methods.
