As a Karin/Guile main, I would be interested in a Karin video myself, just so I could be aware of strategies some may employ against her common tactics.

Fantastic info! I was recommended this video by a great friend of mine who is an M. Bison main (awesome player btw). I often have a tough time combating the pressure he mounts. I never realized only certain moves of Bison's were guaranteed to be V reversed. All the tips you guys discussed are things I'm gonna implement into my playing. I know it'll be a constant wip because Bison mind games are crazy lol, but I'm looking forward to it👍😁

I still don't think Bison needs nerfs honestly. I just feel like half the cast needs to be revisited for a more enhanced playstyle like Bison's. Not saying everyone needs normals and pressure like him, but poke based/ mobile characters like Juri or Vega certainly don't shine in this game atm and I feel like it's because their kit is just lack luster for that kind of playstyle. This game rewards you heavily off of pressure which is why a lot of defensive characters with okay defense options and mediocre pressure or damage suffer in this game.

Glad to have another Frame Advantage video in my life! I've missed this series. Thank you for another excellent video! If I may, may I suggest going over Urien, Kolin, or Birdie next?

Great vid guys, to the newer players..make sure you learn bison's true strings. Psycho axe is only +1, don't let him hit a heavy or medium button after that, use that 3f of yours. Also if your character has a parry, practice parrying psycho axe on reaction, its quite doable. But Packz and Ty are right, V REVERSAL. Get the life lead, let him burn his bar with ex sk and v reversal him. He'll have trouble getting back in because his footsie and confirm game is garbage.

Just a tip for anyone who cares...you can actually dash under Bisons devil's reverse...but it's very specific... he has to almost about to hit you. Dashing under makes the devil's reverse whiff completely... so far anytime I've done it I've gotten a punish.

You can close out these videos with a few character combos such as when Problem X closes out a few rounds. Could you not forward dash as M. Bison in response to a cross-up attempt. It seems like a logical reset to neutral.

Great video. Not sure why Capcom decided to buff this character. They've done a pretty good job with balance in 4.0 but I feel Bison, Birdie, and maybe Rashid are still too strong.

Why does he keep referring to double knee press as "scissors"? And what's with "down forward fist"? (Or is he saying fierce?)

Tip No.1 Run or Pray. If you can see even Tokido stay Freezed after 4 free HP. Tip No.2 If you have No V-Gauge?? Free presion from Bison make you expend all you V-Gauge doing V-Reversal, making you unable to use a V-Trigger Later. Tip No.3 His s.LP its faster and have Auto Correct, So he can defeat almost any crossup jump, even after Bison down getting stand up. Tip No.4 I saw a lot of Trade or Bison out without punishment. a part, he can do a Ex Cissor and Push back with plus frame. its not mandatory to do a Ex jump. Tip No.5 Play Yolo?? if Bison Start his V-trigger the solution its Play Yolo?? really??? LoL....

Do you recommend vreversal if your character switches sides?

Meh... You guys are expecting the DR and still trading. You have to worry about the ex DR, the ex scissors (plus on block), the dash (that goes through some normals), the plus normals the can carry him out off the corner, the random sweep from downtown (risky but hey), the v reversal. But yeah his options are "limited" I guess. Same with his cross up options, you said limited but just before, you shiwed the julo back aur target. How many characters have that?

Was just curious to see what they would say since I was a Bison main up until season 4. Had to stop watching when packz put “risks” in quotes for using slow moves. It is a risk. How is it not? Lol. Bison can get burned pretty badly for using his slow moves. I guess I would be mad if I was him too. Always getting handled by Problem 🤣🤣🤣 Bison was low tier for damn near 3 seasons.
