I remember this earthquake, I was on my way to class at the time. One of the first quakes to scare me to death. Felt like the ground lifted and dropped back down lol.

Yep I've felt it, shaking lasted for 2 seconds and was this weak up and down motion. Though I was on the 4th floor of some building when it happened so that may have amplified what I've felt.

Even though I was Takatsuki (where the epicenter of this quake was) I managed to surrive it (I was there to meet my friend)
