Well first of all it's a mathematical certainty that a fair percentage (probably 25-30% are deceased) Secondly if you take into account many of the old Skynyrd are not as computer savvy as young people..The other songs (you mentioned with higher views) reach a younger demographic because many of the songs are in movie sound tracks and TV shows..Sweet Home Alabama for example might be viewed by many but a lot of those people are only fans of the song and don't know much about the band or it's 1970's history...This song here was never a major hit and is not well known. But i hate to say it i think many hard core fans don't take this version of Skynyrd seriously and just don't bother with the this band any more. And to be honest i don't care for this song *Nor* this band much myself

+Trev Mac I agree I mention the name Lynyrd Skynyrd they don't know who they are or nothing unless it's an older friend or a friend that listens to them like I do but to the friends of mine who say who to the name Lynyrd Skynyrd I say Sweet Home Alabama and they know who I'm talking about I can't stand it it's like nobody even listens to more then one song by one of the greatest if not the greatest bands no more in the younger generation and 23 and I love the seventies Lynyrd Skynyrd band and all their songs from the seventies

One can talk shit as much as he likes about the fact that the "new" Skynyrds are just put together by greed and that they dont sound as good as the pre-crash Skynyrds...I mean thats obvious... me too I fell in love with them after listening to Pronounced..Second Helping...etcetera ...but I am happy they carried on, they still kick ass and sound true and honest and anyway better than most crap thats being produced nowadays...:-D

NEWKIDINTOWNMUSIC they were rolling and could have EASILY retired on the money they had before October 1977. I seriously doubt his youngest brother Johnny and Ronnie's closest friend beside Gene Odom Gary Rossington would dishonor Ronnie Van Zant!

This song would be better if sung by Toby Keith. I don't think any of the modern day Skynyrd really holds up at all. The current group is still talented, but not the same at all.
