I tried Guasha with a jade gua sha facial massager, honestly did not feel any difference. But if it makes you loose weight, maybe I’ll try it on my body. As for you Ms Tina please don’t loose any more weight, you are already too petite, perfect as you are..........🤗🇨🇦

Hmmm maybe your face is already very toned 😊I think sometimes the differences or improvements can be very subtle and hard to pick up. I'm just very curious about it, and will definitely be eating as normal 😆

So I use this double face roller with vibration and I've seen soooooo much difference in my face and I've only used it 5 days my face looks way more slimmer, what is the science behind this ? Fat surely can't dissapear that fast surely ?

I've been wanting to try this. Does dry brushing do the same thing as the gua sha?

Great! I've never tried dry-brushing, but I would think Guasha will be able to work on deeper tissues.

I'm not sure, lymphatic health can help with digestion, everyday habits would play a big role in liver health too. Hope you can get it checked out and heal from it Chara!

Depending on your skin type- I suggest get a round brush the manual kind to exfoliate with. But you can do facial lymphatic drainage by looking it up in KZread.

Hi Mayuri, I'm still mewing as my tongue is now used to being on the roof of my mouth. You might be interested in the vline lifting band video, it's not quite a mewing update but I showed how my face has changed.
