The end of 'The Gauntlet' means that another LWT Saturday Night has come to a close, so there's just time to get a frightful telling-off from the London Community Unit before thoughts turn to religion, and, of course, Sunday night's glittering prizes.

In the good ol' days *before* all (through the) night telly!. Before NICAM digital stereo broadcasting, When you still had a shutdown and were recommended by the TV announcer to listen to night time radio to get you through the night. Those were the days and I miss them dearly!
