This house is fantastic. Lots of windows. With plenty of natural sunlight, it is a dream home👏

This is a model home that is why no garages mentioned, come guy's do your research. This a beautiful home. I will be looking into this hubby and I are looking, because we will be retiring.

I think I found my dream home. I love it! That pantry, the ceiling in the master bedroom, the kitchen, that entryway!

This truly is my Dream Home I loved everything about it. Big rooms and plenty of family sitting areas. They did a great job decorating it. I have viewed this one four times. Can't get over how beautiful it is. The only negative the garage the front loading takes away from the front of the home. I will continue to pray and Dream Big!!

@@BenjaminBanks615 I say try to save, pay debt and build credit all at once.It can be done.If anything Covid has taught us is that we need to have a healthy saving account for emergencies and 1000 dollars just does not cut it for me.Especially living in a State where my rent is way over 1000 dollars a month,I need more than just $1000 in an emergency fund.We can all agree on one thing that Dave teaches that eing debt free gives peace of mind.Everyone is different and should do what works best for them.

This home is absolutely beautiful! I love everything about it. I absolutely love how all of the features are light shades that bring light in all through every room. This is a great builder with really great floor plans and features. It's really amazing how all of the bedroomd and bathrooms are all so large. I have never liked homes where all the rooms except the owners sweet are closets.

Gsmestop will correct market. I dumped 200k today on gamestop today. I will might loose but seeing Wallstreet bleed is a blessing

No... I lived in Longbrooke in Indian land before I moved to Longview In Ballantyne/waxhaw. Indian land is surrounded by wealth. Marvin, Ballantyne, and Weddington are all less then 10 minutes away and those are some of the richest communities in North Carolina. Don’t let the name fool you

This would be a great home on a basement. However it is still beautiful. We are thinking of moving south in a year from Northern Maryland. MI homes make great homes here in Maryland.

Yes I'm from Michignan so I know Maryland has them. Most northern states do. This house was truely awesome. A little crowded on the 2nd level that's why a basement would be awesome. I look forward to seeing a new house with basement.

I'm from NC but live in Maryland. Most of the homes in this part of NC/SC do not have basements. I've always been told bc of the clay soil.

The house is nice. Do not like the bathroom tile. What about the driveway leading to the garages?

Lovely home and it's got all the larger rooms and closet space I like. But, I'm not feeling the open backyard scene. I'm use to having a private backyard setting, feeling secure in my own yard. Also the type of setting for a comfortable setting, with a pool and hot tub.
