Tour needs to show the flow of the house. Can’t keep up as you jump from room to room. Floor plan might help as well.

Very nice, but at the age of 65, I'm looking for less space on a single level, fewer sq feet but some of the elegant features of this home. Maybe a flex room, office, Den, or sauna. Gated and secure, but maybe I'm asking too much. Do you have anything I'm looking for? Or as my children now say Hey old man. And my reply is because I show grey, I'm still okay. 7/21/23

I was thinking an elevater would work nicely. Easy fix. loads of space inside, a terrace garden upstairs. Looks like enough room outside for a swimming pool near the water...

It's all about location for most homes at this price point. This one is ideal for many families. Combine that with a huge footprint and gated community, and you can begin to see why it's listed at that number.

Wish we were more like Texas, Oklahoma, or Tennessee, James. NC real estate markets have been slowly adjusting upwards over the last decade. I don't see them coming down anytime. Thanks for supporting the channel!

☝️😑.. just be aware people who buy monsters homes like this have trouble selling them later on. There to big, cost a small fortune to run, repair, insurance, taxes. Etc.you need to hire help just to clean the place... A more sensible choice is something scaled down with more land.

Nothing wrong with something more scaled down, but most folks Ive worked with that are purchasing in this price point have accounted for everything you've mentioned. Many have families and are not looking to sell anytime soon. Everyone's situation is different. Affording them the latitude to make their own decisions about their needs is something we all should do. Thanks for watching and sharing 🏡
