Beautiful home.. .I especially love the kitchen. That brick work was gorgeous. I haven't seen anything like that before. The only minor problem is it's a one car garage with this price 🧑🏾‍🎄😘😍🎄🎁

It's a 3 car garage. I showed all 3 garages in the beginning of the video as I walk around the side of the home. In the video, I opened one door and showed one car and the other door showed 2 cars. Thanks for watching 😊

C'mon really $2 million , that small master suite , no pool, could of walked in the back yard ,chefs kitchen where at? Furniture should come with that price, no man cave , no movie room, neighbors that close next door what land

There is a movie room with a bar on the second floor. There's also a rec room and an unfinished room ready to be made into a man cave if the rec room and movie room aren't enough already.

this is nice, but i'm not sure it's nice enough to be 3 million in raleigh. i feel like you've shown nicer houses for a million less

The $1 Million homes were mostly in the suburbs of Raleigh like Wakeforest NC. Raleigh is expensive, especially if it's in a desirable location near malls, clubs, shopping and entertainment.

You and the market are correct because it's been reduced so far to $2.65M. It's the location that's driving that price.

That brick work in the kitchen is going to age poorly. It's a shame because the stone is beautiful.
