Hi Guys. I wanted to apologize in advance for the camera leaning to the right in this video. I did not realize that my phone was not properly placed on my gimble until i unloaded the footage. I'm still working thru the kinks, so thank you so much for your patients.

Luxurious home. Modern kitchen. The first floor is just perfect. On the second I would change a few things, first of all I would throw out the dust collector carpet. I didn't like the two steps up to the media room and the two steps down to the office. It's safer when the entire floor is on the same level.

Beautiful and the music sets the tone. My granddaughter is attentive Wakeforest NC. University , will send her the video I'm sure this will give her a insight in her future choice of interest in fines in Wakeforest N.C.. What a lovely home to come home to after a hard day at work. Thank you so much. I absolutely agree, this house is absolutely beautiful. Wakeforest University is located in Winston-Salem NC but yes, she can definitely explore her options in Wakeforest NC.

$2.3 Million 💵💵💵 A very Contemporary Design, while i enjoyed the Interior, the Exterior White Brick would have to Replaced with Yellow 💛 Pine Knotted with Brown 🤎 Wooden Beams.

This home has a warm and cozy vibe.

You missed the hidden pantry (behind the black doors left of stove)! It was a really cool surprise.

Hello. While your tours are nice this is the second video I’ve watched of yours and you’ve skipped a whole section of the house. There was a corridor to the left of the kitchen behind the outdoor kitchen wall that you skipped. It seems you get distracted by the pool and never finish the first floor. Maybe it’s best for you to do the pool area last . Also, you never showed the kitchen pantry. If I had to guess there’s probably a hidden kitchen/skullery behind one of the cabinet doors.

I haven't made my way to Greensboro yet. Also, they have a different MLS than we do, meaning I may not have access to all of the homes in their area. They are the Triad. Raleigh/Durham is the Triangle. I will definitely look into it tho.

I have seen millionaire homes in Miami, Florida Dallas, Texas in Los Angeles, California, and this house will never compete with those type of homes. Pause this video at 12:04 please. Now look at the ugly bed and that bargain basement furniture in both bedrooms, on that floor. I'm from North Carolina, and I am disappointed in the person who furnished this house.
