Fair play Swansea, that was a gutsy recovery. We’ve snatched last minute away draws vs Blackburn Rovers and Bristol City so maybe this was football karma. Looking forward to the return fixture under the lights at the Liberty 29/12. Best of luck for the rest of the season, no doubt you’ll be in the mix again for the play offs.

Poor tactically and defensively yet again. Stop playing 5 at the back every game. It doesn’t work with tired players

i bet NJ said at the 45 to all the lads defend this lead knowing full well that just isnt how our lads are. and on swansea's end they went out there and won a 3-0 deficit. its a game of 2 halfs

This one stings. Lots of draws that could and should have been wins. We are so close to being a top 6 team. Adebayo scoring again was nice though.

How are we defending like that... all our outfield players arranged along the 18 yard line with the opponents free to pass the ball between themselves and wait for the openings that eventually came. Our players need to go and press whichever opponent has the ball

It is INSANE how bad Cornick is at finishing. Sod his long throw and there’s pace elsewhere. Play Clark or CMG

its not only his finishing, he makes runs like a top class prem player but once hes made the run he can never figure out what to do after he just looks like a deer in the headlights. then he either makes a really poor pass, cross or shot

nah mate the whistle was blown and #3 decided to stand on top of the ball, thats why he got a yellow for not being 10 yrds away from the ball. dems the rules. #3 was a softie all game anyway

@@George_Benson It’s a common tactic in football to stand on the ball to prevent the quick free kick, and even if it wasn’t, the Luton player can just leather him at full power? Even if the Swansea player hadn’t kicked the ball away he still would have been on the deck. If you seriously think that it wasn’t deserving of a red then your heads gone

First half, gd goals. Swansea came back not gd. And the concerning third is cornick he’s got pase but not good at finishing. Should of made it 4 nil. Next match Away at Bournemouth. CMYH

Shameful performance by Luton players pressurising the ref not to send the thug Lansbury off. Sadly, he chickened out, and just gave a yellow. Cowardly behaviour by Lansbury. Great pity that Luton haven't condemned him, and even suspend him for a game or two. Where do you draw the line with such behaviour ?

Yes, okay there was a degree of luck on their deflected goals and some misfortune over us not getting more but I salute Swansea today, they never gave up, they didn't resort to dirty football and they came out with a plan for the second half. As much as I highly rate NJ, this game epitomised his perennial reluctance to use the right subs at the right time; Lansbury and Adebayo were utterly spent by the middle of the second half, Rea should've been brought on at that point especially as Swansea had gambled with three attacking subs so early. Could you imagine someone like Neil Warnock allowing a game to be frittered away like that at 3-0? I was far more disappointed with what happened yesterday than against Birmingham; when we lost 5-0, you could at least say that you accept everything went wrong irretrievably from the start against Birmingham and that we had few creative options to do much given how many players were out injured. On the topic of injuries, I think there's something fundamentally wrong for us at any given point to get so many short term injuries, we aren't even a fifth of the way through the season. How many times over the last three years have we had players get injured in the warm up all fall ill on match day? It's absurd. Warm up injuries that spring to mind from the last four seasons include Muskwe, Hylton, Rea, Potts, Bradley, Pearson, Moncur, Justin, Collins, Shea, McCormack, Sheehan, Shinnie among others.
