As a Luton fan watching this for the first time two months after it was first aired and with the new season only a few weeks away, I do hope that Nathan finds himself a new project. I can appreciate he's ambitious so he would probably expect something near the top of the pyramid, but personally I feel he would be wise to consider one of the big clubs in League One.

Let's keep the faith Robbie Edwards and Nathan Jones, for it is nicely balanced for Luton Town to show their real quality and footballing class at home and win this in front of a sell out Kenilworth Road. We need to be on the front foot and dominate the midfield. Let our loyal and faithful worldwide supporters be our extra 12th man on Tuesday night. Praying and believing we can do this.......NO FEAR, COYH.....GET IN THERE!!! 🙏 CIAO and Dio ti benedica Luton and Nathan Jones, from 'Badger' in Italy 🇮🇹 xxx

He left Luton, a team he helped build with players ready to work HARD and came to another team where the players may have been better, but may also not have been ready to work as hard. When Southampton beat Man C in the cup I saw a lot of the way Luton plays in their performance, but in the other games I watched they just seemed off.

The current culture and ethos at Luton was built by John Still. He turned the club around when it was on its knees in the non-league. John created a work ethic and togetherness at Luton that is the foundation of everything they have achieved since.

I would not be the least surprised to see Wrexham F. C make an approach for Nathan Jones, for he is a very, very, good talented young coach, and I truly believe he would be a very good choice for Wrexham F. C and their ambitions in taking them up the football league's, Amén!!! Nathan will always be much loved at Luton Town for what he achieved; unfortunately his mistakes were going to Stoke City and Southampton, whereas he should have stayed and achieved what he always wanted and put into place for Luton Town F. C. God bless you Nathan Jones and your family, may HE who began a good work within you, carry it out until completion, and take you now to your new prepared place, Amén! Much love and best wishes - Dio ti benedica and Ciao from Daniele "Badger" from Italy 🇮🇹 🙏

Developed a fantastic fight for each other culture among the Luton players, they were young, looking for leadership and he worked wonders with them, went to stoke with more experienced premier league pros, didnt respect him or his methods, bombed him out, came back to Luton and re established the same culture, made the same mistake going to Southampton, good coach for young ambitious pros.

The guy simply is not a Premier League Manager (at the moment) was very poor at in game changes and played his favorites rather than the best team. I won good money on Southampton going down which was a certainty when he was made their manager. People forget Mick Harford got Luton up from League 1. A very niaive guy who wore the Stoke shirt when he won the manager of the month with Luton. NJ was not too interested in the Luton youth team. We can compare him to Rob Edwards who is head and shoulders above NJ who needs to start as a League 2 Manager again as a millionaire now with all that compensation.

The reason Southampton will be playing in the EFL Championship is because they sacked Ralph Hassenhuttl then replaced him with Nathan Jones who in my honest opinion is simply not Premier League calibre. Yes, I accept that he did fair reasonably well at Luton Town but he never really got to the playoff final. And I don't really know that he's capable of getting a club promoted to the Premier League. But I must say that I was a bit shocked that he was handed the reins at St Mary's Stadium because I didn't really feel like he was ever good enough, certainly not yet anyway.

"reasonably well" makes it hard to take anything you wrote seriously. He reached the playoffs with the smallest budget in the league by far. The reason Southampton was relegated is the players were not good enough and not ready to compensate through hard work.
