Technically, yes. The Academy just calls it a Wardroom because the cadets are future officers.

@@adamn8156 We apparently agree, but words mean things. It is indeed unfortunate that the cadets aren't exposed to a proper wardroom before their first ship. However this should be called "the cadets' mess" like a similar messing facility ashore
