5700K colour temperature (measured in kelvin) will be the same colour light output, lumen is the measure of how bright it is so I understood. Perhaps remake the video and state the colour temperature in kelvin, and the brightness in linen, going by what you said I think the lumen is the same I would guess by the information in the specs for the Joby it would be 1500 lumen, at 5700 kelvin skin tone which with the diffuser you can get spreads the light more easily. Also to note the lights are meant for closer up filming such as vlogging. I prefer a whiter light in the home but for accuracy on skin tone on close up video, 5700k is perfect.
