I am really liking the choir! We were going to a Calvary Chapel here in Ohio. We really liked Chuck Smith messages...but I am not a hippy dippy person. I started tuning into Dr. Lawson's ministry...Great messages and Dr. Lawson has the best LAUGH!😂 (We are now going to a small but strong Baptist Church!)

I’d be the “Shouting John” in this church. They would put me out for praising too loud. The song the choir sang was so beautiful. I love how the word of God is taught here. 😊

Peter replied, “Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. The promise is for you and your children and for all who are far off-for all whom the Lord our God will call.”

Great to hear God’s Word faithfully preached today. May I ask if you have a link to Luke 3:1-7?
11 It was he who "gave gifts to people"; he appointed some to be apostles, others to be prophets, others to be evangelists, others to be pastors and teachers. 11 It was he who "gave gifts to people"; he appointed some to be apostles, others to be prophets, others to be evangelists, others to be pastors and teachers.

The fruit of knowing Jesus Christ Mr. Lawson. Whosoever will. For whom did Christ die? Every person ever conceived.

The Bible does say in 2 Peter 3:9 that Jesus is not willing that any should perish. However, we are told how a person is adopted into the family of God. John 6:37-44 and again in verse 65 of that chapter Jesus tells us that the Father sends those whom He desires to save to the Son. Jesus does not turn any of those away who are sent, but He raises them up at the last day. All that God sends shall come to Him (Jesus). These people who are elected and sent by the Father to the Son makes up the church who Jesus makes to no spot, wrinkle or blemish Ephesians 5:27. When we are born into this world, all of us are enemies of God and want nothing to do with Him. God has to draw us and change our will to give us the power (ability) to become children of God. John 1:12 John 1:13 tells us that being saved is not by the will of man, but of the will of God. John 6:37 tells us that all that the Father gives to the Son shall come to Him (Jesus). The word 'shall' let's is know it is for certain. All that comes to Jesus, Jesus will not turn away for all that comes to Him is sent to Him by God the Father John 17:2. He also tells us here that it is eternal life. None can pluck the elect out the Father's hand (John 10:28-29). Ephesians 1:4 tells us that the elect are chosen before the foundation of the world. Verse 5 lets us know that it was according to His will. Salvation of any person is TOTALLY a work of God. We are the happy and blessed recipients of His grace. We couldn't instigate the salvation; God does. We can't live a holy life in and of ourselves....Christ lives in us and works through us. We can't keep ourselves. God keeps us in His hand. Philippians 1:6 lets us know that Jesus who has begun a good work in us will perform it till the end. He is the Author and the Finisher of our faith. To God be all the glory and the honor. I pray this will be and encouragement to you. May God bless you in your walk with Him and your study of the Scriptures. In Jesus' name Your brother in Christ.

False. Christ died for His bride-the elect. If He died for all-all will be saved and enjoy eternal life but we know that’s not biblically correct.
