Luka In the paint is one of the most incredible thing I ever seen in basketball.

As a Hawks fan, I _love_ watching Luka play....besides his shooting and maneuverability, what really makes him unique is his Basketball IQ; he makes passes and plays that lots of others in the league would never see coming. Would love to see him in the Finals next year, or sometime soon 🔥

I see alot of dirk in the way he plays. He slows the game down I think he's been watching dirks 2011 beast mode season. Its all about the foot work.

He has a shot at being the GOAT if he continues to develop and gets more achievements. MJ, Lebron, and Luka are once-in-a-generation players.

They messed up when they pissed him off. Paul and Booker should have kept their mouths shut, and it might have been them playing GSW in the conference finals.

This best of 2022 for Luka is better than a lot of players career highlights.

this is just one season. just imagine how long this kids highlight reel is going to be when he's all said and done with his career. your going to need a whole day just to watch it...

haters are the only ones saying he ain't "athletic". He dunks over people, he out slicks great defenders. First of all if somebody gets to the NBA they are automatically a skilled athlete. Two, Luka is strong and he is athletic or he wouldn't be doing what he is doing.

They say that he is not fast? But then you keep seeing him blowing by these guys, many of them that are supposed to be top notch defenders. They say that he is not athletic, then you are continually dazzled by all of these acrobatic shots that he makes. I would say that due to his size, it hides how truly athletic and quick that he is. It's deceptive. Luka has deceptive athleticism and speed. In a half court setting, there are none better. And I have been watching NBA basketball for over 40 years. And I can't think of a single player that I would put above him in pure raw talent.

I like both. But jokic would have to facilitate less and play more pure center when doncic is on point, and when Luka is on forward he would have to play off ball for the joker to play point forward. Would be interesting and i know those guys could make it work but there are better, cheaper comps for both of their teams to let luka and jokes shine in their full ability.

lets stay humble brother. We have had arguably some of the best basketball players in europe for ages and our schools teaches fundamentals extremely well but with this kid its more than just school. Its talent. And the american school is quite a bit ahead of us in accomplishments.

This region has been producing top and atypical players for years - Kukoč, Bodiroga, Luka, etc. Tall players who can shoot, pass the ball and dribble, which is a mismatch nightmare. In general, players from this part of the world have tremendous talent and are physically and motorically gifted. The USA has incomparably better conditions, but more importantly - the talent pool - there are more active American players than Serbia, Slovenia and Croatia have population. Combined. However, I'm not so sure that a team made up of the best American players would easily beat a team from the former Yugoslavia. The odds would be 50:50.
