I think this is the song where I find he really seems touched by divinity. It’s beyond vocally challenging. It’s just impossible to sing it like that. I’ve tried and tried, and most of his songs with pauses, practice, work and work, you can make it “happen”- though never as smooth and controlled as him. But this song is a WHOLE different level of difficult. I basically lost my voice midway through on the first try… weeks, and nothing. There are breath and support elements here that border the supernatural, it just isn’t in the realm of doable for seasoned singers. No matter how much technique you throw at it, it’s not doable. I also noticed he hasn’t done this one in other venues. So I do wonder if even for him this was an extraordinary achievement. Truly impossible…

I love that song and performance so much----and, of course, I loved your reaction to it. And I know, given that reaction, you are going to totally lose it over his live performance of "Love of Tired Swans," at the Kremlin. There is a music video for that song as well, but I highly recommend you watch the live performance first, and then the MV. Heck, perhaps you can feature them both in the same video. Some others have done so. Either way, you will never regret spending time with that song!

to LucieV: Not all of Dimash 's songs are good. Just 3-4 are good. I don't like the rest. What 's happening Lucie, is that you are in love with Dimash. And it shows in the expression on your face. I don't like Ave Maria because it sounds like the pain of souls burning in hell. "ahhhhhhh.....ahhhhhh! You can hear the hell fire flare up, it sounds like a "flooosh!"
